Portage Invitational (Varisty Only) - Saturday, August 23rd:

Boys are to arrive by 7:00am

Directions to the Portage Soccer Complex: Off of I-94 coming from the east or west. Take exit 80 (Sprinkle Rd.) South. Follow South on Sprinkle Rd. 3.4 miles to Bishop Rd. There is a light and a gas station located there. Take a left onto Bishop Rd. (East). The complex is located about .2 miles on the right hand side.

Wednesday, 8/13: 6:00pm scrimmage against West Catholic at the Varsity Soccer game field

Pioneer Invitational @ CHS (NOTE LOCATION CHANGE)
Friday, 8/15: All day soccer scrimmages at Caledonia

9:00am, CHS Soccer Stadium - CAL vs E. Lansing

11:30am, CHS Soccer Stadium - CAL vs Lowell

REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHS TRYOUTS!!!

Parents,

At the request of Coach Lincoln, you must have completed the following and in the hands of the Caledonia Athletic Office PRIOR TO Monday, August 11, 2008 otherwise you will be able to participate in tryouts.

(NOTE: the Athletic Office is open from 8:00-4:00pm on Thursday and only 8:00-11:00am on Friday.)

1. Completed physical card
2. Signed Code of Conduct
3. Pay to Play monies

Additionally, you must also have the “approved” shin guards prior to Monday, August 11, 2008. For additional details see below.

MANDATORY - New Shinquard Requirements (NOCSAE)

Starting this 2008 Fall Soccer Season there is a new "mandatory" shinguard rule in effect.

The key is your son must have the shinguard with the "Meets NOCSAE Standards" tag and the shinguards for their height. If they are close to the upper height limit consider going bigger.

Lastly don't wait to long to purchase them locally!!!
