As we head into the summer months, it's critical that the athletes take this time to work on the "strength & conditioning" and be ready to go this coming August.
As in past years, there are several opportunities for the athletes to prepare for the upcoming season.
Below is the current schedule, but make sure you check back periodically because it may change.

All Athletes' - Distance Conditioning Run (3 mile run & football stadium stairs)
Location: CHS Football Stadium - South Parking Lot near Duncan Lake MS
