Updated on 6/17 : 2009 Summer "Conditioning" Sessions & "Varsity Only" Drop-In Scrimmages

CHS Boys Soccer Community:

As we head into the summer months, it's critical that the athletes take this time to work on the "strength & conditioning" and be ready to go this coming August.

As in past years, there are several opportunities for the athletes to prepare for the upcoming season.

Below is the current schedule, but make sure you check back periodically because it may change.

All Athletes' - Speed & Strength:

  • Wednesday's, starting 6/17 – 6:00pm to 7:15pm

    Location: Behind the High School

    Freshman & Sophomores ONLY - Drop-in Scrimmages:

  • Thursday's, starting 6/18 – 6:30pm to 7:30pm, no coaches, seniors to lead

    Location: Behind the High School


    VARSITY ONLY - Drop-in Scrimmages:

  • Friday's, starting 6/12 – 5:00pm to 6:30pm, no coaches, seniors to lead

    Location: Behind the High School

    All Athletes' - Distance Conditioning Run (3 mile run & football stadium stairs)

  • Saturday, starting 6/20 - 10:00am to 11:00am

    Location: CHS Football Stadium - South Parking Lot near Duncan Lake MS
